Launching into 2010 Andrew has already clocked up several sell out theatre shows, TV appearances and celebrity events. It truly is magic how he fits it all in!!?

Once again the Blackpool Magic Convention took place in February and saw Andrew working as the Assistant Organisor once again to make sure that the event ran smoothly for the 3600 magician attending. This year he was lucky enough to spend the week working closely with top international magician Franz Harary who was friend and Magical Advisor to Michael Jackson for many years. In fact he happened to bring one of Michael's concert Illusions illusions over with him for the show.

Andrew was recently approached by Channel Five's 'The Gadget Show' to help on a feature about Magic (See Here). The presenters were taking on a challenge to recreate magic tricks using consumer gadgets. It was an interesting project and Andrew researched different areas for the team.

Andrew was also recently invited to perform at the launch of the stars of teen soap 'Hollyoaks' new project 'The Closet' in Liverpool. The celebrity event was covered by OK Magazine and SKY Showbiz channel. Andrew wowed the celebrities on the Red Carpet and performed his amazing close up magic around the high profile cocktail reception.

Andrew has also been busy working with a group of actresses on a recent production of Witches Of Eastwick in which one of the characters had numerous strange objects appear from her mouth at various point during a scene. A rather unusual exercise but one that had great impact on the audiences in the final product.

Andrew was delighted in January 2010 to be awarded with the Blackpool Magician's Club - Close Up Magician Of The Year Trophy along with a special award for most original Card Trick. A Double Wammy!!!

Hot on the tail of this, Andrew teamed up with fantastic comedy magician Mark James for the 'Big Big Variety Show' in which he dazzled a packed theatre with his state of the art illusions and full team of dancers.

So far 2009 has been jam packed with exciting shows and projects. The start of the year Andrew produced a 2 hour theatre production featuring his team of dancers and singers along with his good friend comedy magician Paul Roberts. Into February and Andrew was working heavily on the Blackpool Magicians' Convention which is the largest Magic convention in the world. It welcomed over 3500 magicians from across the world to share their magic.

Andrew is the assistant organiser for this massive project and worked non stop for throughout the convention to make it one one of the biggest and best in it's history!!

Andrew also appeared on BBC northwest tonight performing Houdini's Metamorphosis Illusion live on air to coincide with the release of the controversial new book titled, 'The Secret Life Of Harry Houdini' and to discuss his plans to recreate Houdini's most dangerous escape, 'The Chinese Water Torture Cell'
